They will also enforce workplace accountability, oversee security measures for loss prevention, ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations, and assist with event planning and execution.
The ideal candidate has proven management experience in nightlife, hospitality, or a related industry, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain high standards. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
