BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to implement and manage the VH92-A Mission Communications System Digital Ecosystem strategy.
The selected candidate will lead a portfolio of Digital Ecosystem System Engineering (DESE), Data Architecture and Analytics, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Capability Development, Software Development, Digital Transformation and Process Development teams.
You will be responsible for providing direct support to a national security-critical system throughout engineering development, deployment, and sustainment.

About Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, software, engineering, or a related field, along with at least 6 years of progressive technical experience.
Familiarity with program management principles, including cost, schedule, and performance assessment, is also essential.
Experience in leading digital transformation processes, building integrated DE toolsets, and training DE workforce is highly valued.
You should have demonstrated self-disciplinethe final output size does not exceed 7000 tokens, shortening texts if necessary.
