Job Description
BAE Systems under the High-Performance Computing Modernization Program Integrated Technical Services Contract II (HITS-U II) directly supports the DoD’s High-Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP) mission. We deliver world-class commercial, high-end, high-performance computational capabilities to the Department of Defense's (DoD’s) Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) community at the DoD Supercomputing Resource Centers (DSRCs).

Currently we are seeking a Help Desk Analyst Lead to support the Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) DSRC located at the in Vicksburg Ms. The selected Analyst will provide a high degree of technical support and professionalism to the research communities of the ERDC DSRC. The Help Desk lead will lead a team of Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians Key responsibilities include maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) that align with contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), set policies and establish procedures to operate ERDC HPC Help Desk, evaluate user issues across the HPCMP Enterprise for commonality, serve as the primary stakeholder for the HPC ticketing system (ServiceNow), and communicate, respond to complaints, requests, troubleshooting, etc.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience supervising technical teams.
• Bachelor's Degree or 6 years’ Help Desk working experience, or equivalent IT experience; candidates with Armed Forces college courses or Associate Degrees, extensive certification, and additional experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Security Plus Certification

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81336 - $138271

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
