As a Human Resource (HR) Analyst Intern, you will:
- Support employee and department communications by consolidating inputs, maintaining distribution lists, editing and storing content for future search and retrieval.
- Assist with audits of various types of human resources data by running reports, help determine necessary corrections and follow up to closure.
- Perform a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks in such areas as employee records and employment.
- Support our employee recognition program by running reports of pending awards and following through to resolution.
- Perform other tasks and support projects as assigned; may include process improvement, research, data analysis, maintaining system documentation and more.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors Degree program pursuing a degree in Human Resouces, Business, or Communications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suites including Teams
- Experience with Excel functionality including formulas and pivot tables
- Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy when working with data and reports; ability to review and audit data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be organized, responsive and able to work independently
- Adept at keeping track of multiple deadlines and proactively communicate updates
- Trustworthy and able to appropriately handle confidential data
- Relevant experience in a prior internship or other employment
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Knowledge of PowerBI and Tableau
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $43847 - $59143
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20 hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
