Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead Opto-Mechanical Systems Engineer to provide leadership and support for the design, development, integration/test, and production of dynamic optomechanical military systems.
Technical Requirements:
- Proven expertise in leading HW engineering teams in the design & development of military systems.
- Hands-on experience with lasers, receivers, fiber optics, and/or related IR technologies.
- Solid fundamentals of mechanical design, analysis, and documentation principles.
- Proficiency with state-of-the-art mechanical engineering development software tools.
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in product development and support of DoD military electronics equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to partner with other engineering disciplines and operations personnel.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
