Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Electronic Component Stockroom Associate to join our team. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing electronic components, ensuring that all products are handled and stored with the utmost care and attention to detail. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy in our inventory, ensuring that our customers receive the correct products on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of electronic components, verifying part numbers, quantities, and condition
- Accurately store and organize components in the stockroom, using a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and identified
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Issue components to production and other departments, ensuring that all requests are filled accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom environment, adhering to 5S principles and ensuring that all areas are safe and free from hazards
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and production, to resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a stockroom or inventory management role, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Familiarity with electronic components and inventory management software (e.g., ERP, MRP, or WMS) a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with others to resolve issues and improve processes

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $41024 - $65639
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
