Mk21A - Technical Editor/Program Integration Support

Job Description

BAE Systems is seeking a Project Manager – Technical Editor/Professional Support for an exciting opportunity on the Mk21A program at Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Utah. This position will be accountable to the Program Manager for tasks and will serve as a focal point for assigned projects. As the Technical Writer for the program, this person will coordinate, write and review all documentation and media related to the program. In addition, this person will provide professional support to our customers by working projects and managing the program documentation and integration program communications.

This position will directly support the Mk21A Program which is a new ICBM reentry vehicle that will be deployed on the Sentinel weapon system. Duties will include providing support to the government leaders and engineers on all aspects of program documentation and external messaging. This position will also be expected to assist in the preparation regular Program Management Review briefs on the status of each assigned project.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 6 years of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership.

• Highly proficient with MS Word and Power Point.

• Secret clearance.

• Pursuant to Government contract, this position requires US citizenship.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Writing/editing government letters and documents.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $78930 - $134190

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
