Job Title: Platform Engineering Manager
We are seeking a talented Platform Engineering Manager to help us create the world's most advanced solutions in Electronic Warfare and Communications for our defense-related customers.
This is a senior leadership role that oversees the strategic and operational management of the engineering cloud environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through the complexities of infrastructure and platform service management, adopting and integrating cutting-edge cloud-native technologies and methodologies, and ensuring the infrastructure is resilient, scalable, and agile.
The ideal candidate will have 12 years' experience and a BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, System Engineering, or related field. They will also possess experience in crafting forward-looking strategies for scaling, enhancing operational efficiency, and achieving unparalleled availability and positioning the platform to thrive amidst evolving technological landscapes.

Requirements:
- Must currently possess a DoD Secret Clearance
- 12 years' experience and a BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, System Engineering, or related field
- Experience in crafting forward-looking strategies for scaling, enhancing operational efficiency, and achieving unparalleled availability and positioning the platform to thrive amidst evolving technological landscapes
- Success in fostering a culture of collaboration and integration among technical teams; promoting continuous improvement and innovation in workflows
- A background adhering to security standards championing robust security measures to protect the environment against vulnerabilities
