As a Project Manager, you will:
• Lead a team through proposal development of various programs in a manner to create a winning solution for the US Government and BAE Systems
• Execute programs and lead the required team through all aspects of execution from proposal, commissioning, and turn over to production
• Assume responsibility for Risk/Opportunity identification, assessment, mitigation, and tracking
• Manage meetings, assists the senior program manager in upper management meetings and in customer briefings/presentations
• Monitor and report on the program in the following project management areas: project integration, scope management, time management (schedules), cost management, quality management, communications management, construction progress/construction monitoring, customer relations management, project reporting

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Experience with project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling processes
• Ability to manage and report project schedules and budgets
• Ability to represent the team and deliver status reports to internal and external leadership
• Experience creating proposals and estimates
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent organizational and follow through skills
• Detail oriented
• Adapt to high volume workload

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
• Master's Degree and 7 years of experience
• A certification in Project Management from an industry-recognized organization such as the Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
• Earned Value Management experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $105254 - $178931

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
