With growth comes opportunity, and we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Hardware Engineer to join our Transition to Production, Production Support and Sustainment team as a Lead supporting the Tactical Systems Product Lines. This role involves leading the continued production and sustainment of complex systems, RF modules, circuit card assemblies, and subsystems utilized across multiple projects.
This is a full-time position requiring consistent, in-person collaboration and/or on-site work due to the nature of this particular role. As such, it will be performed 100% at a BAE Systems facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance and coordination to assist programs overcome production issues.
- Supporting production issues in assembly, test/debug, quality and managing overall workload of the HW team supporting production.
- Tracking daily issues, identifying trends, and supporting product yield/affordability improvements.
- Delegating tasking to multi-functional Engineering and Operations teams.
- Communicating across functional teams to ensure timely deliveries of quality products to support the War Fighter.
- Assessing design updates to existing microwave designs.
- Technical management of subcontractors.
- Collaborating with hardware suppliers.
