Baer is looking for Oracle EBS SCM Projects Billing, AR and Costing Functional Lead for a 12-month Federal remote project.

Title: Oracle EBS SCM Projects Billing, AR and Costing Functional Lead

Description:

• Lead the functional team for Oracle EBS Receivables (AR), Billing, and Costing modules, providing expertise in solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand business requirements and provide guidance through the design and implementation of solutions.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and perform fit/gap analysis to ensure Oracle EBS solutions align with business needs and industry best practices.
• Design comprehensive solutions using Oracle EBS applications, ensuring the successful integration of Billing, AR, and Costing functionalities.
• Hands-on configuration of Oracle EBS Receivables (AR), Billing, and Costing modules to align with business requirements and project objectives.
• Perform testing and release management, including unit testing, integration testing, and coordinating the deployment of Receivables, Billing, and Costing modules in various environments.
• Identify, triage, and resolve issues and defects related to Oracle EBS Receivables, Billing, and Costing modules.
• Develop training materials and provide training for users to ensure successful adoption of Oracle EBS solutions across the organization.
• Provide functional issue triage and resolution support for Data Conversion activities, ensuring the smooth migration of data into Oracle EBS.
• Manage client deliverables and ensure they meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Stay current on new releases and updates to Oracle EBS, and provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Oracle EBS modules, specifically in Receivables (AR), Billing, and Costing.
• Strong knowledge of Public Sector Accounting and how it integrates with Oracle EBS Receivables.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations of Oracle EBS solutions, from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Experience in Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and performing fit/gap analysis to ensure system solutions align with business objectives.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with functional, technical, and security teams to design and implement comprehensive Oracle EBS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS configuration and testing in the AR, Billing, and Costing modules.
• Strong experience in training end users and creating training materials to ensure successful solution adoption.
• Knowledge of release management and deployment processes to ensure smooth transitions of Oracle EBS updates and changes.
