Location: Hybrid – Rosemont, IL (In office 10 days/month (alternating 2 days in office one week, 3 days in office following)

Description:
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) meetings for recurring or major incidents
- Identify improvement opportunities and track corrective actions to completion
- Maintain documentation for problem management processes and tools
- Develop and deliver metrics/reports to track the effectiveness of corrective actions
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure accurate RCA and timely follow-through
- Provide governance and oversight across technical teams for problem processes
- Monitor adherence to SLAs and escalate issues as needed
- Support training, knowledge transfer, and process education
- Participate in additional projects or duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a Problem Analyst or related IT process role
- ITIL Certification (v4 preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Passion for working across teams and technologies
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and process improvement
- ITIL Intermediate Certification
- PMP Certification
- Familiarity with network, server, and infrastructure technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field OR High school diploma with 6 years of enterprise IT experience
