Baer is looking for SF LMS Integration Consultant for a 2 months Federal Project located in Harrisburg, PA.
Title: SF LMS Integration Consultant
Location: Hybrid - Harrisburg, PA
Duration: 2 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:
- Lead the design and development of integration solutions to connect the EC LMS with other systems such as HRIS, CRM, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather, analyze, and define integration requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for integration solutions, including interface specifications, data mappings, and workflow diagrams.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to technical teams and developers throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of integration solutions and work closely with QA teams to ensure successful integration and functionality.
- Provide support and training to end users and administrators on using and maintaining integration solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in integration technologies, and recommend improvements and enhancements to the EC LMS integration architecture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions, preferably with LMS, HRIS, or CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise systems integration and data mapping.
