This is a full-time, on-site role for an extremely organized customer service representative who would assist with dispatching and accounts payable. The Customer Service Coordinator will handle customer inquiries, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, booking appointments within the CRM software, responding to emails, resolving customer issues, dispatching techs to service calls, coordinating service calls to maximize technicians' efficiency, processing vendor invoices, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in office customer service or as a dispatcher (preferably in the home services industry)
- Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures related to the construction trade or plumbing industries is a plus
- Experience in accounts payable is required
- Proven ability to manage high workloads with accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of Service Titan or the ability to learn it is a strong plus
