Qualifications

A customer service mentality with a passion for reaching the best possible outcome
Support experience handling email and / or chat services
A solid understanding of the e-commerce live-streaming landscape, including platforms, trends, and best practices
Experience with Customer facing systems like WhatNot and Fanatics Live
Obsession with customers / being customer first / serving customers
Proactive problem-solver and process-improver
Highly proficient at wrangling multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail
Strong organizational mindset and ability to manage time well
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively
Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines with a calm demeanor and can easily adapt to changing priorities
Familiarity with professional camera, lighting and streaming setups
A passion for sports cards and collectibles culture
Familiar with sports card breaking / streaming.

Producer / Live Stream Responsibilities

Support principal during scheduled Whatnot and Fanatic live shows, sponsorship management, package cards and prepare for shipping

Assist with managing day-to-day production for live-streamed shows

Assist with hands-on video and livestream production both remotely with offsite production partners

Organize show details and supply internal & external teams with objectives, specifications, necessary assets and other materials

Support promotional efforts, including collaboration with the Media and Community teams to create assets and develop promotional strategies

Continuously update and maintain an organized production process and workflow

Track and report stream analytics, data points and other results on a weekly basis

Build rapport with regular customers and foster a sense of community

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Weekend availability and travel is required
