Sign Shop Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various design disciplines, including large format design work, logo design, screen printing design, embroidery, and laser engraving. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that align with our customers brand identity. This role requires proficiency in design software, use of all appropriate tooling and an understanding of content management systems.

• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required for consideration.

Duties

• Develop engaging and innovative designs to meet customer needs.
• Create screen print templates that effectively communicate the customer brand message.
• Conduct photo manipulation to enhance visual content for various projects.
• Present design concepts and ideas to customers for feedback and approval.
• Communicate with customers ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets for easy access by team members.

Requirements

• Proficiency in design software .
• Experience in large format design, logo design, and photo manipulation.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
