What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Specialist position at Bai Inc.?
BAI Inc. is seeking a Contract Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC. This individual will provide on-site contracting related support to a Government Agency Contract Closeout Office. Candidates will analyze contract documents, maintain electronic spreadsheets, interface with DCAA/DCMA and prepare/track contract closeout forms. Candidates will assist in the process of de-obligating excess funds as required from current and completed contracts; supporting the preparation, generation, and performance of all contract closeout actions, documentation, and data entry as required; overseeing and assisting with tracking and reporting the contract closeout files from the Government.
\n- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) and Adobe Acrobat
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
- Certifications: FAR, DFAR, DAWIA Level I/II in contracts.
- An understanding of the Government acquisition and contract structure
- Two (2) years of Federal Government Contracts related experience
- Experience working in a SAP environment
- SAP experience

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
