As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous, and exceptional service to our loyal clientele. The front desk Receptionist plays a key role in maintaining the store’s reputation and image as the first point of contact
What you will be doing?
- Greet and assist customers who enter the showroom
- Assist the General Sales Manager with various clerical duties, as needed.
- Answer & direct incoming calls and inquiries
- Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties, as needed.
Who are we looking for?
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Must be able to work Saturdays and rotating Sundays
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous Receptionist experience is a plus.
