Job Title: Day service Manager
General Summary: The Day service Manager supports the current day site. This position provides monitoring and support to those in day service to ensure the highest level of quality services possible, while maintaining compliance with the Individual Service Program- ISP. The Day service manager is responsible for overseeing the day program or programs with a broad range in scope day service will possess technical and professional knowledge, skills, and abilities relating to the assignment as well as leadership skills necessary to administer the program.

Educational and Experience Requirement:
· An associate degree in a health, social service, business or related field and 3 years of work experience in program administration, development, evaluation, and
/Or contract administration; OR
Knowledge Skill: & Abilities:
Knowledge of:
· Managing a caseload of 15 or more individuals,
· Performing and coordinating intake of new clients.
· Development of treatment plans by conducting behavioral and skill assessment of clients though behavioral assessments to identify and access individual strengths and needs.
· Function as a member of a treatment team for adults in the system. This includes working with a therapist, guardians, physicians, DHHS workers, and family services professionals.
· Completing monitoring activities and providing technical assistance to ensure the accurate and timely completion of required documentation.
· When on call, provide timely responses for off hours crisis management.
· Exception funding – will be reviewed by our QA/QI before submission.
· Program writing – will be reviewed by our QA/QI before implementation.
· MGR – will be reviewed by our QA/QI for accuracy.
· Intake collection/meeting – will be reviewed by our QA/QI for accuracy.
· Other tasks assigned by the administration team if applicable.
Daily Job Duties
• Email and phone messages
• Therap: Ensure Staffs are completing daily data (MAR, Side effect log, ISP Programs, T-Logs, S Comms, GER. The staff should never be more than 24 hours behind or 24 hours for the MAR.
• Read T-logs
• Review, Edit and Save GERs
• Attend the meeting
• Work along with finance for any needs of the individual or for authorizations
• Work along with HR and training to assist in communications with background checks or training requirements
• Review any SComms in Therap
Weekly Job Duties
Monday morning team meeting at 10:30 Am in the conference room
Monthly Job Duties
• Data Validation (Checking to ensure data is completed by staff)
• Complete and audit of client’s progress in their program (MGR)
• Create Activity calendar by the 15th of each month.

• Prepare for any ISP meetings
Yearly Duties
Attend and prepare for all ISP meetings.

Meeting Expectations
There will be scheduled meetings you are expected to attend. Some will be with your direct team, others with other employees from BAIG Disability Services. It is an expectation for you to arrive at the meetings on time. Phones should on silent and should not be answered, (calls, texts, or emails) unless there is an emergency. Being present and engaging during meetings is an expectation. This includes virtual, phone, or video meetings. Please ensure you are not leaving the meeting to deal with other tasks, you are in a quiet location without others talking or interacting around you, and you are focused on the conversation.
