What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Services Technician position at Bailey Enterprises?
Seeking hardworking individual with experience in landscaping & doing various outdoor tasks. Will be working alone majority of time.
Requirements:
- Dependable - must show up on time every day
- Proficient at driving a truck with trailer
- Ability to operate & maintain commercial landscape equipment
- Attention to detail
- Well rounded with common sense
- Enjoys working alone in all weather conditions
Preferable skills but not required:
- Construction experience
- Mechanical skills
- Operating heavy equipment
- Proficient at using a chainsaw
Approximately 75% of workload will consist of maintaining apartment grounds at several locations in Greenville. Job to include but not limited to:
- Mowing, edging, weedeating, planting and maintaining shrubs and flower beds & installing mulch or pinestraw
The other 25% will include a wide variety of tasks ranging from:
- Tree Removal, excavating, pressure washing, cleaning / maintaining different types of vehicles & equipment, assisting with sawmill operations (stacking heavy lumber) & running personal errands for owner.
Flexibility will be needed as assignments may differ day to day.
Position available immediately.
Starting pay $18 - $24 /hr depending on experience w/ possibility of bonuses.

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
