Our Customer Service Agents deliver the kind of service they want to receive. They're quick to answer the phone, respond to email requests and most importantly- let the customer know "it is finished!".
Duties Include:
- Answering phones & responding to emails
- Making policy changes
- Reviewing policies
- Discovering customers needs for coverage
- Writing additional lines of business
- Developing relationships with customers and insurance company personnel
- Supporting insurance producers in the never-ending quest to write more business

We are looking for a service team member to help our company grow and continue to write and retain profitable insurance business.
Our office hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
