We are seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead and manage a team of skilled laborers on various outdoor construction projects, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise daily operations of hardscape projects from start to finish.
- Manage a crew of workers, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high-quality workmanship.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and scheduling for smooth project completion.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and building codes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Train and mentor junior staff as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardscaping or related construction field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent understanding of hardscape materials, installation methods, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and work physically demanding jobs.
