We are searching for a high-energy, people-loving Chief Experience Orchestrator (CXO) to be the welcoming face of our store and ensure every guest feels valued and taken care of.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the “Grand Host” of the store—greet customers warmly and guide them to the right team member based on their needs.
- Learn the strengths of each associate to ensure customers receive expert assistance.
- Offer refreshments (drinks, cookies, etc.) and create a hospitable, inviting atmosphere.
- Keep the energy calm and organized during busy times, letting customers know they are acknowledged and will be helped soon.
- Be the eyes and ears of the store, noticing and addressing customer concerns before they escalate.
- Build relationships with local restaurants and coffee shops to provide coupons or recommendations for customers waiting on repairs or service.
- Maintain and restock the refreshment lounge, kids’ playroom, and bar area.
- Ensure the store remains pristine—clean glass showcases, doors, and entrance areas when not assisting guests.
- Help cultivate a “Disneylike” experience, making every visit memorable and setting Bailey's Fine Jewelry apart from any other retailer in town.
- Outgoing, social, and love interacting with people.
