Duties
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Provide customer support through phone and email correspondence, ensuring a high level of service.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support various administrative projects as assigned by management.
- Recruiting support to include initial communication with Candidates to scheduling interviews.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent clerical skills including typing, filing, and data entry.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
