The Opportunity:
We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to oversee revenue generation for both Welch Sign and Bailey Sign. This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy to shape and grow our sales, customer, and marketing ecosystem. Reporting directly to ownership, you’ll lead the charge in driving sustainable growth across our interior and exterior signage divisions.Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Leadership: Own and drive revenue growth for Welch Sign (interior signage) and Bailey Sign (exterior signage) by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and success.
- Process Development: Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets and verticals, enhancing our presence and competitive edge in B2B and subcontractor/construction spaces.
- Prospecting Innovation: Design and deploy creative techniques to accelerate business development and prospecting efforts.
- Client Experience: Elevate the end-to-end client journey, from initial outreach to project delivery, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate revenue reports, identify trends, and present actionable insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and ownership to align sales strategies with company goals and brand vision.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and driving significant revenue growth, ideally in B2B, subcontractor/construction, or related fields.
- Experience developing and implementing sales strategies, SOPs, and prospecting methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and grow a team.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for improving processes and client experiences.
- Experience in construction or manufacturing sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in generating revenue reports and presenting data-driven insights to leadership.
