What You’ll Do:
Oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, payroll, engagement, and culture.
Build and execute innovative HR strategies that support business growth and employee success.
Champion a growth mindset, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Optimize HR technology to drive efficiency and insights.
Lead DEI initiatives and create an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement, Development and Culture
- Implement programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Lead learning and development initiatives to support career growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Provide leadership in conflict resolution, investigations, and compliance with labor laws.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee workforce planning to support business growth and objectives.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Oversee compensation strategy to ensure market competitiveness.
- Manage benefits administration, ensuring compliance and alignment with employee needs.
- Ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing in coordination with finance.
- HR Systems & Compliance
- Leverage HRIS systems (ideally UKG and TalentSpace) to drive efficiencies.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Monitor HR metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven HR Leadership – 7 years of progressive HR experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
Strategic Thinker & Doer – A leader who can develop big-picture HR strategies and execute them effectively.
Tech-Savvy – Experience with HRIS systems (UKG & TalentSpace a plus).
People-First Approach – A culture builder who fosters trust, collaboration, and innovation.
Change Champion – Comfortable navigating and driving organizational growth and transformation.
