What You’ll Be Doing

• Financial Leadership: Manage the financial reporting for multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financials to managers and owners.
• Tax Coordination: Collaborate with third-party tax firms to oversee tax filings and compliance.
• Asset Management: Record acquisitions, disposals of property, and ownership changes while maintaining reconciled investment accounts.
• Budgeting & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
• Compliance & Process Oversight: Monitor and ensure compliance with all accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax laws.
• General Ledger Management: Oversee day-to-day ledger operations, month-end/year-end close processes, and financial accuracy.
• Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to provide financial insights, answer inquiries, and contribute to organizational projects.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• 5 years of proven experience in accounting, financial management, and operations.
• Proficiency in general ledger management and reporting software (experience with tools like Fortress, Intacct, or Sage 300 is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and budgeting practices.
• Up-to-date understanding of tax laws and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
