Counter Sales & Service Specialist

What You'll be Doing:

• Assist & Advise: Help customers find the right HVAC-R products, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend solutions.
• Customer Service: Build lasting relationships with contractors and technicians, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Order Processing: Manage sales transactions, invoicing, returns, and warranties with accuracy.
• Inventory Management: Promote surplus stock, track product demand, and keep inventory organized.
• Warehouse Support: Assist with shipping, receiving, and maintaining a well-stocked showroom.

Who We're Looking For:

• HVAC Background: Field experience is preferred, especially in boiler systems or HVAC-R service.
• Customer-Focused: A passion for helping people, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to process orders accurately and keep records organized.
• Team Player: Works well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to Lift: Regularly move up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs.
