What You’ll Be Doing:
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
- Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Execute a strong sales process of parts to sales assuring sales goals are met.
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and new products to position the dealership as an industry leader.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, KPIs, and upsell targets for parts and accessories.
- Assist customers with trailer hook-ups for a safe and positive buying experience.
- Attend training sessions and dealership meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies.
CRM Utilization & Process Optimization
- Use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, interactions, and sales progress.
- Develop structured follow-up procedures to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and post-sale follow-ups.
Customer Engagement & Finance Sales
- Provide clear, honest communication regarding product availability, financing, and service needs.
- Address and resolve customer concerns professionally to maintain strong relationships and brand reputation.
- Educate customers on financing options, extended warranties, and aftermarket products to enhance value.
- Stay updated on interest rates, loan terms, and lender requirements to guide customers effectively.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Rentals: Assist rental customers and provide product recommendations when rental staff is unavailable.
- Parts: Support over-the-counter part sales when needed. Place a strong emphasis on parts to sales while exceeding goals.
- Service: Assist with drop-offs, pick-ups, and service-related sales when needed.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and margins.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high ratings based on follow-up surveys and feedback.
- CRM Usage: Ensure all leads, customer interactions, and activities are logged accurately.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell Performance: Track and increase additional sales per transaction.
- Follow-Up Efficiency: Maintain consistent post-sale engagement with customers.

Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License required
- Ability to operate forklifts and equipment
Compensation
- $46,080 to $170,000
