What You'll be Doing:
- Operating and monitoring grain milling, blending, flaking, and cracking systems
- Ensuring product quality and food safety standards are met
- Supervising crew members and assisting in training new team members
- Maintaining accurate inventory and production records
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or grain processing (2 years preferred)
- Strong computer and leadership skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
