What You'll be Doing:

Overseeing Production Processes: Manage all activities within the plant, including receiving, storage, conditioning, packaging, and warehousing operations.

Supervising & Building Teams: Hire, train, and lead both full-time and seasonal employees to ensure optimal performance and team collaboration.

Safety & Quality: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, provide safety training, and maintain the facility’s Quality Management System.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance employee safety and customer satisfaction.

Maintenance Oversight: Manage preventative maintenance programs, equipment inspections, and repairs to keep operations running smoothly.

Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and communicate production and packaging schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products to customers.

Leadership Experience: Strong team-building skills and a proven ability to supervise and motivate employees.

Agricultural Knowledge: A background in agriculture, seed production, or related fields is highly beneficial.
