Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor Degree (Preferred)
· 5 Year of Insurance or Account Management Related Experience
· Pennsylvania Life and Health License
· Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License (Preferred)
· Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams (Preferred)

Role and Responsibilities
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, industry knowledge and experience to help develop and maintain quality relationships with our clients as well as our insurance companies and client resource partners. This role will focus on the following scope of work:
Customer Service
· Provide an unwavering commitment to customer service with the ability to build productive relationships.
· Provide customers timely and accurate information regarding their questions, policy information and compliance issues.
· Execute and/or oversee execution of client changes including enrollments, terminations and other modifications.
· Diagnose, advise clients and resolve complex service issues including eligibility, billing, compliance and claims.
· Remarketing and placing renewal accounts with a wide range of client solutions
· Onboard new clients
· Conduct enrollment meetings and client reviews
· Advise clients on employee benefits and voluntary products
· Advise clients’ employees of best practices and resources to help manage their health care options
· Advise clients of resources available to help them manage HR, Payroll, etc.
· Partner with the Sales Team and Department Manager to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
· Be proficient with and maintain client data with agency and carrier technology.
Measurements of performance
· Assist in writing new business and cross-selling policies monthly.
· Retain 90% or greater of new business (Under 1 Year in the system) revenue.
· Retain 94% or greater of existing business (1 Year or More in the system) revenue.
Direct Reports
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Compensation
This position is a salaried position with performance based incentives.
Work Schedule Expectations
Available Monday through Friday during normal business hours
