WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Aa a Manager on the regional Associate Consultant (AC) Recruiting team, you will focus on the development and management of recruiting marketing and engagement supporting Bain’s undergraduate recruiting efforts. This includes, but is not limited to digital marketing, brand building and pipeline development.
Responsibilities & Duties:
o Identify areas for process improvement; support the development and rollout of regional standardization
o Develop and manage regional marketing budget; conduct special budget projects as needed
o Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to develop messaging and training content, tailored specifically to the undergraduate audience
o Communicate with stakeholders across levels and offices; ensure alignment and transparency into all aspects of recruiting programs
o Regularly assess competitor activity in recruiting marketing space, including social media and webpage design
o Analyze data and communicate insights for the appropriate audience level, including senior leadership

- Partner with the Recruit Engagement team on the development and implementation of marketing strategy, as it relates to North American undergraduate recruiting efforts
o Identify areas for process improvement; support the development and rollout of regional standardization
o Develop and manage regional marketing budget; conduct special budget projects as needed
- Collaborate with executive leaders, recruiting, business function and consulting teams
o Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to develop messaging and training content, tailored specifically to the undergraduate audience
o Communicate with stakeholders across levels and offices; ensure alignment and transparency into all aspects of recruiting programs
- Develop, codify and support implementation of best practices for Bain’s marketing efforts
- Use data to inform decisions
o Regularly assess competitor activity in recruiting marketing space, including social media and webpage design
o Analyze data and communicate insights for the appropriate audience level, including senior leadership
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned or as responsibilities dictate
- BA/BS degree required
- Minimum of 5 years campus recruiting experience; familiarity with a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage several projects and competing requests at once
- Strong interpersonal, communication, project management, and analytical skills; strong understanding of sourcing technology, market trends, and talent strategy
- Knowledge of and passion for marketing related activities, including strategy, design, and execution of marketing plans
- Ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to deal with highly confidential information in a professional manner
- Ability to represent Bain externally with prospective candidates and school contacts
