POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and sociable Sales Manager based in Houston, Texas, to lead and manage our sales operations. This role involves overseeing the Houston sales team and remotely managing the Corpus Christi team. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and ready to accelerate growth while maintaining a strong focus on the finer details.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams in both Houston and Corpus Christi to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Travel: Routine travel to Corpus Christi and to San Antonio Main Office as needed.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each market, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and other departments to ensure cohesive sales efforts and product offerings. • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
WHAT YOU OFFER • Experience: Proven track record in sales management, with experience in both direct and remote team leadership. • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders. • Analytical Abilities: Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
