We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly professional Broker Relations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the in-office presence and agent/attorney/loan officer facing representative for our title and mortgage companies. This includes building connections, providing transactional customer service and communication.
Responsibilities- Ensure that our new agents are partnered with a network attorney and mortgage loan officer to understand the value and importance of our one company approach
- Onboard new attorneys to the company’s title team, and demonstrate the value of partnering with us to drive mutual business growth
- Develop and maintain relationships through monthly meetings
- Maintain the team calendar, ensuring all office events and training sessions are accurately reflected
- Field initial customer service calls and route to appropriate people
- Review reports and opportunities to improve our affiliated business
- Collaborate with management to increase our capture of affiliated business
- Initiate and lead agent/attorney meetings as needed to foster strong relationships
- Initiate and lead agent/Loan Officer meetings as needed to foster strong relationships
- Attend and present at office meetings and presentations to educate and engage our people
- Attend weekly office trainings/meetings
- Prior sales experience.
- Prior experience working in residential sales, title or mortgage industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Calendar, Drive, Slides, Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to lead effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Salary Range$60,000-$70,000 plus Incentives
