AVP of Client Services at BairesDev
We are looking for an AVP of Client Services to join our team and lead the charge in building long-lasting relationships with our top-tier clients. As an AVP, you will oversee a talented team that manages 20-25 projects per direct report, with a total revenue of $10-15M. Your leadership and client-focused strategies will drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction across BairesDev’s portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain exceptional client relationships that drive revenue growth and retention across BairesDev.
- Serve as a client champion, ensuring the highest levels of service and partnership while identifying growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, promoting client retention, driving their growth, and guiding them in managing a portfolio of large-scale projects.
- Identify and analyze opportunities for client growth using a consultative approach and strong analytical skills.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded, aligning BairesDev’s solutions with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 9 years of experience in a senior client services role, with proven success in managing client relationships at the executive level.
- 4 years of experience leading teams and developing talent.
- Strong background in the IT or technology services industry.
- Extensive experience in client services, with a consultative mindset and the ability to drive business growth.
- Advanced level of English.
