As the next general manager of our hotel, you'll have an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals and provide exceptional service to our guests.
We are seeking a dedicated leader who can create a positive experience for our customers by presenting new and creative ideas to boost revenue and build good relationships with guests. As the general manager, you will be responsible for human resource management functions such as interviewing, hiring, training, task assignment, coaching/counseling, and performance management. Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in an upper-level management position either in or outside of the hospitality industry. Candidates with experience as a GSM or AGM will be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a reputation for quality by ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's rooms, public areas, and grounds
- Empower hotel staff to excel in superior guest service to drive financial success through strong leadership and creative operational strategies
- Develop an effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel services and other offerings
- Guide department leaders in developing goals, objectives, and a plan of action for achieving them
