The Director of Digital Marketing / Demand Generation is responsible for managing performance-based marketing to drive client campaign success. This role involves strategic oversight and collaborative execution of media buying, CRM email marketing, lead scoring and tracking, digital profiling, and conversion optimization for high performing marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the performance-based marketing strategies from setting the digital marketing roadmap to data-driven decisions and optimizations to achieve client lead and ROI targets.
- Create and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns, overseeing media buying strategies, ensuring optimal ad placements and budget utilization.
- Conceive of, manage, and evaluate lead generation campaign strategies to support sales and business development efforts, including fresh ideas for established campaigns and recommendations to optimize user experience, nurture leads, and e-commerce performance.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide insightful recommendations and continuous optimization to clients to help build trusting client relationships
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the agency ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and experts to align media strategies with overall business objectives and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and online sales funnels.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to glean actionable insights from data.
- Proven track record of achieving lead and ROI targets through performance-based marketing.
- Experience with media buying, marketing automation, CRM platforms, social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), lead scoring and tracking, digital profiling, and conversion optimization
- The ability to build rapport and quickly establish excellent working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders
Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
