Job Summary:
We are a small business generating $500,000 in monthly revenue, with sales reps netting 6 figures annually. We are seeking an individual who is experienced, and motivated in sales to join our team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for generating new leads, and making contact with warm leads that are provided and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of Smoke & Vape/Cannabis industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Utilize CRM (Close io) to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in phone sales and B2B Sales.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive spirit, with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
