Key Responsibilities:
- Manage various marketing and branding strategies, marketing growth initiatives, product development projects and overall category management activities to achieve BakeMark's sales & marketing goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, R&D and Procurement and strategic supplier partners to ensure strategic goals are being met and/or exceeded.
- Directly responsible for managing all initiative tracking and reporting, relative to the BakeMark brand portfolio.
- Lead the BakeMark Private Brands Committee and all related meetings and activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Business / Marketing Management from four-year college or university.
- At least 5 years of marketing and/or brand management experience, preferably within the baking industry and/or a related industry.
- Strong experience with project management and product development process.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to read, write and speak Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adequate working knowledge and/or experience with BI platforms, such as PowerBI or Tableau.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
