Summary: The representative will utilize the approach, strategies and tactics prescribed by the Company to achieve sales and profit goals. Treats all customers (both internal and external) with respect, courtesy, and kindness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attain or exceed annual sales budget for assigned customers.
- Utilize the Strategy, Objective, Action steps & Responsibilities (S.O.A.R.) process to focus on objectives and communicate to appropriate parties.
- Presents products to customers using a professional, business plan approach.
- Maintains and quotes prices to customers while achieving company guidelines and goals.
- Responsible for inventory forecasts, sales administration of new items, resolving customer supply emergencies and everyday needs.
- Facilitates orders via PS or EDI, manages order-processing issues and collection of customer payments.
- Follows up on customer requests and questions to ensure appropriate response and satisfaction.
- Continually develops knowledge of and representation of the Company's products, services, and policies.
- Treats all customers with dignity, respect, courtesy and kindness.
