Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor the Export Customer Service Team, ensuring accurate and timely order processing.
Oversee all export activities, including order entry (NDS), documentation, shipping coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Serve as the primary contact for export customers, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships.
Ensure adherence to export regulations, proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, and make critical decisions.
Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of export processes, regulations, and documentation.
Proven experience in export customer service and team supervision.
Proficiency in NDS and moderate Excel skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently.
Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is preferred
