Accounts Payable/Receivable Administrator

We are seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Administrator with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will manage our payable and receivable accounts for multiple dealership locations. The position requires basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining proper accounts payable and receivable records
• Assures account invoices are processed accurately, payments made and collection of receivables are done in a timely manner
• Maintains contact with the customers and vendors
• Review records to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness
• Files within the appropriate file system all dealership forms, records, reports, correspondence, or other important material
• Assist Controller with all other office duties and serve as a backup where needed
• Maintains professional appearance and neat work area
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous AP/AR experience required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail is a must with the ability to switch between stores
• CDK experience is a plus (DMS)
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
