We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to provide administrative support to our sales team. This role encompasses a wide range of duties, including handling seasonal mailings, creating and updating order forms, overseeing outgoing orders for conferences and sales representatives, and assisting with various projects in collaboration with the sales department. This is an entry-level position and offers a starting point for working with multinational companies.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and send out seasonal mailings to clients and prospects in a timely and accurate manner.
- Create, update, and manage order forms to streamline the sales process.
- Oversee the preparation and shipment of outgoing orders for conferences and sales representatives.
- Provide administrative assistance for various sales-related projects as needed.
- Maintain organized records and files related to orders, mailings, and sales activities.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-up on projects.
- Perform general office duties such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling customer inquiries when necessary.
