In this dynamic role, you will manage a variety of tasks, tackle multiple objectives, and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality nursery grown native plants for environmental restoration. Key Responsibilities:
Learn and Master Office Operations: Understand the day-to-day operations of the office, including processes for handling customer interactions.
Customer Communication Management: Effectively manage customer communication by responding to phone calls and emails, and addressing inquiries.
Customer Journey Coordination: Assist in coordinating the entire customer journey from initial inquiries through shipping.
IT Collaboration: Work with IT to select a new website company and oversee the migration of applicable data to the new site.
Customer Contact Database Management: Build, expand, and manage a customer contact database to support an expanded marketing push.
Marketing and Advertising Analysis: Evaluate, analyze, and improve existing advertising and marketing efforts to support business growth and outreach.
Qualifications:
Office Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of office experience, demonstrating proficiency in administrative and clerical tasks. Possess or the ability to obtain notary public.
Customer Communication Skills: Proven ability to manage customer communications and maintain organized records.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks for efficient task management and record-keeping.
Database Management Experience: Experience in managing customer contact databases, including building, expanding, and maintaining organized data systems to support marketing and sales initiatives.
Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proactive Attitude: A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Compensation and Benefits:
Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week.
