PURPOSE
The QA/QC Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance and control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and company policies. This role includes overseeing inspections, audits, and quality assessments to ensure the highest standards are met in the production or construction process.

Quality Assurance:
- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive QA program, including policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards (ISO 9001, ASME, UL, etc.), and client requirements.
- Lead internal and external quality audits and address non-conformances.
- Supervise and monitor inspection activities during manufacturing or construction processes.
- Approve raw materials, in-process production, and finished products through established QC measures.
- Collaborate with project teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and testing records.
- Prepare periodic quality performance reports for management review.
- Lead, mentor, and train QA/QC staff to maintain and improve quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product or project quality.
- Implement root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action programs (CAPA).
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC within the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Proven experience managing QA/QC teams and processes in large-scale projects or production environments.
- Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Automation systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing Shop, construction site, on-site inspections and office work.
- Valid driver license with good driving record
