Essential Functions And Responsibilities

- Safely transport and deliver a variety of products and materials to in and out of state locations
- Load and unload trucks and orders for transport
- Sort and organize incoming packages by designated delivery sites
- Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning, sweeping and organizing
- Maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles by repairing tools, installing truck accessories and performing vehicle clean-outs
- Manage tool allocation and check in and out using tool management software, ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures
- Prepare and distribute tool and equipment reports to field supervisors
- Assign tool numbers and label new tools in accordance with company standards
- Organize tools and inventory
- Coordinate with field supervisors to gather and prepare tools based on project-specific tool lists
- Review job costs, scan and retrieve related documents to verify transaction accuracy
- Assist with tool inspection to ensure they are in safe working condition prior to job site delivery
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in transportation or warehouse operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with strong data entry skills
- Strong Knowledge of tools and equipment related to HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical trades
- Obtain OSHA 30 Hours within 1 st year of employment
- Valid driver license with good driving record
- Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a detail-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Committed to following established company safety protocols
- Ability to adapt to a changing work schedule, with the occasional need to work weekends and/or overtime
