Partner with the best
As a Jr. Field Service Engineer, you will provide services that will range in scope from performing standard maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and calibration of Waygate Technologies Equipment : Phoenix 2D & 3D CT X-ray Testing machine hardware and software products at Waygate and customer locations. Travel expected in excess of 70%.
As a Jr. Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for :
- Maintain, repair, and install industrial x-ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment, such as : X-ray tubes, generators, coolers, scanners, stepper motors / controllers, power supplies, high voltage control circuits, motion control and high-end PC's.
- Providing customers with technical support via phone and onsite service
- Providing timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements.
- Being responsible for driving customer satisfaction from commitment through quality service standards.
- Monitoring site safety during work scope execution.

The annual
The annual pay scale for this position is between $70,000- $90,000 USD if employed in Washington
You will be eligible to participate in Company-sponsored benefit programs, including health & welfare programs and the Thrift Plan (401k). You will have a choice of coverage options that best suit your needs. Coverage options and contribution amounts are related to your benefit elections, base salary level, and specific requirements of each of these plans.
This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package, which can be found here , and is further eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plans or policies.
