Our Chemical Supply Chain team packages and delivers chemical that is supplied to Baker Hughes locations and customer sites.
Partner with the Best
Leading, coordinating, and overseeing warehouse & logistics operations for the chemicals warehouse.
Coaching and listening to the team, as well as being comfortable being out there in a place where you can observe, troubleshoot and respond.
Receiving, classifying and stocking incoming goods.
Exchanging data and information interaction concerns.
Identifying areas of opportunity for improvement in products, processes and procedures.
Handling and exemplifying standardized procedures for handling hazardous materials as well as the PPE responsible for maintaining a safe workplace.
Maintaining assets through effective and timely judgment and decisions, as well as working closely with procurement for the repair and replacement of materials needed to proactively address need.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have :
Bachelor's degree (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing production or assembly).
3 years people leadership in warehousing, inventory and / or supply chain.
Demonstrated understanding of chemicals handling and material preservation.
Demonstrated commitment to HS&E.
Demonstrated success in Process Improvement.
Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings.
Knowledge and experience with manufacturing materials (raw material, elastomers, filler metals) specifically in relationship to handling, storage and preservation
The salary range for this position is 83,400.00 - 154,800.00 USD
USD if employed in California.
Pay scale for CA is effective January 1, 2023

The annual pay scale for this position is between $83,400.00 - $154,800.00.
Candidates for this role (office-based / hybrid / remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range / scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position.
