Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research on various issues.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients while maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings, advocating for their best interests.
- Collaborate with senior attorney to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation in compliance with office protocols.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- Strong knowledge of family law is preferred.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and litigate cases in court settings.
- Proficiency in legal research .
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
